About Me
As an aspiring industrial designer studying at Carleton University, I am passionate about creating thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically compelling designs that enhance everyday experiences. With a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in hands-on work, I strive to develop solutions that balance innovation, functionality, and sustainability. My work is driven by curiosity and a commitment to understanding the needs of people, the environment, and emerging technologies.
Through my academic journey, I have developed skills in design research, prototyping, and CAD modeling, while embracing opportunities to collaborate on group projects, expanding my ability to work with my peers’ individual skills. This hands-on experience has taught me the value of adaptability, problem-solving, and effective communication in bringing ideas to life.
Prior to University I did various work in the trades and woodworking giving me a unique perspective when it come to physicality and materials in my designs. Through my projects in University I’ve been able to apply that in my design process very easily aiding to create robust concepts.
Beyond design, I enjoy exploring hobbies such as photography, woodworking, and sports, which continuously fuel my creativity. As I grow as a designer, I look forward to contributing meaningful, impactful designs that improve how people live, work, and connect with the world around them.
